Let the wild rumpus start...

Do you see my little wild thing? This is how she looks every morning when she gets up. Hair everywhere - you can't even see her eyes. And to add to the wildness, her mismatched pj's (courtesy Kyle) and she stole my socks this morning! She was sitting on my bed while I was getting dressed and took my socks. When I told her they were mine and I needed them back, she gave me a big, "NO! MINE!".

But here is a picture of the sweet after:

This little girl completely brightens my day.

And as for the other two...wonderful. They have been soooo good. No more strikes have been given. Everyone still has their tv privileges for today.
Kellen is doing her first book report right now. We had to go to the library to pick out a biography. She chose Florence Nightingale. Last week, I asked her if she wanted to sit down and read it together and she told me she had already read it - three times. It still is wonderfully amazing to see this little person...the same little person that would sit in my lap for hours reading books over and over again...reading on her own. Chapter books!
And my Jenna. I don't even have words to describe to you her ginormous imagination. Its so big that she has trouble settling down from all the stories she has created. Someday she may be supporting me in my old age from all the books she is going to write. She is a beautiful soul.

For now they are good, but I know that there is still mischief of one kind or another ready to be made right around the corner.
